Tile Roof Restoration
OUR PROCESS
1. Inspection: We begin by conducting a thorough examination of your roof to identify any damage, leaks, or signs of water damage. Afterwards, we will provide you with a detailed description of the work needed and a free, honest estimate.
2. Cleaning: Once you give us the go-ahead, our team will use a high-pressure hose to clean the roof, removing years of accumulated dirt and grime.
3. Repairs: One of the most important steps in the restoration process is addressing the identified damage points and making necessary repairs. This can include fixing leaks, re-pointing ridge caps, and replacing missing or damaged tiles.
4. Priming and Painting: If painting is required, we will use premium quality primer and roof paint. For terracotta roofs, we may apply a glaze coat. To prevent future issues, we also add an anti-mould and anti-fungal biocide to stop the growth of lichen and mould on the roof.
